Udaipur, April 27 (Udaipur Kiran): Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University has awarded a PhD degree in Law to Kuldeep Ameriya.

He completed his research under the guidance of Assistant Professor Dr Shivani Jain. His study presents an in-depth analysis of the rights and safeguards available to child sexual abuse victims during judicial proceedings, along with examining the effectiveness of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.
The research specifically focuses on the Rajasthan context, highlighting practical challenges, legal provisions, and areas for improvement.
