Amaravati, July 16: The Andhra Pradesh Central Power Distribution Corporation Limited (APCPDCL) has announced recruitment for 60 positions of Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) through direct hiring. Eligible candidates interested in these positions can apply until July 20.
Among the 60 vacancies, there are 56 positions for Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical), 3 for Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil), and 1 for Assistant Executive Engineer (Telecom).
The online application process for these AEE positions began on June 30. Candidates who wish to apply must submit their registration forms on the official APCPDCL portal before the final deadline.
Applicants must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution for the Electrical AEE position, a degree in Telecommunications/Electronics/Electronics and Communication Engineering for the Telecom AEE position, and a degree in Civil Engineering for the Civil AEE position.
The minimum age for applicants is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is 42 years, calculated as of July 1. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT), merit list, document verification, and other stages. Selected candidates will receive a salary of ₹75,000 per month during a two-year probation period, which will increase to between ₹86,245 and ₹2,08,915 per month thereafter, along with additional benefits.
All candidates must pay the prescribed application fee of ₹1,000 online while filling out the application form. The CBT is expected to be conducted between August 22 and 29.
