iQoo Z9x 5G will be launched in India soon. The company has confirmed the model’s release date as well as some availability details. iQoo India CEO Nippon Maria also revealed the design and color scheme of the upcoming model. The design is similar to the Chinese version of the device. The Indian version is also expected to have the same specifications as the Chinese version. The iQoo Z9x 5G was recently spotted on the company’s Indian website.
iQoo India CEO Nippon Maria shared a post on X (formerly Twitter) confirming that the iQoo Z9x 5G will launch in India on May 16. The poster also revealed the back cover design of the upcoming smartphone. This phone comes in light green color with a feather-like design. In the upper left corner you can see an angled camera module with rounded and slightly raised corners. It offers space for two camera sensors and an LED flash unit. On the right edge of the phone you can see the power button and the volume button.
Another post on the X from iQoo India confirms that Amazon will be getting the iQoo Z9x 5G in India. We are likely to know more about the Indian version of the device closer to the launch.
The iQoo Z9x 5G was launched in China with a 1st generation Snapdragon 6 processor and a 6000mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging. This phone has a 6.72-inch LCD screen with a frequency of 120 Hz and a dual rear camera of 50 megapixels using artificial intelligence. It also features an 8-megapixel selfie camera and runs OriginOS 4 based on Android 14.
In China, the iQoo Z9x 5G starts at RMB 1,299 (around Rs 15,000) for the 8GB + 128GB option. It is available in Dark Night, Feng Yuqing and Starburst White (translated from Chinese) color options.
