Udaipur – The Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Umarda, Udaipur hosted a grand two-day International Neonatal Conference on 5th and 6th July 2025, bringing together renowned experts and specialists in neonatology from across India and abroad. The event served as a significant platform for knowledge exchange, discussion, and academic collaboration in the field of neonatal healthcare.

The first day of the conference featured pre-conference workshops, providing advanced training on topics such as advanced ventilation, point-of-care ultrasound, and inborn errors of metabolism.
A key highlight was the presentation of over 150 research papers and posters by medical students, clinicians, and researchers from across the country. These presentations covered a wide range of neonatal healthcare topics and showcased new ideas, case studies, and emerging research trends. The session offered a valuable opportunity for academic exchange and highlighted current directions and future possibilities in neonatal care.

UG & PG Neonatology Quiz
An engaging Neonatology Quiz for UG and PG students was also organized by Dr. Ravi Bhatia, with 19 enthusiastic teams participating. The quiz promoted healthy academic competition and deepened student interest in neonatology, creating an inspiring and interactive learning atmosphere.
