He also said that starting next year in March, the country will start getting a comprehensive jobs data as a result of a door to door survey.
Indian Economy will cross 8% growth by next year and this growth will be sustainable going forward. Addressing the Press Conference NITI Aayog’s Vice Chairman Rajiv Kumar said that reforms done by the government is now bearing fruits and Inflation is also in the comfortable zone.
He said that there is lack of job data and by March 2019 government will be in a position to get the concrete job data as NSSO is working on Household Survey.
Niti Aayog also said that Government is committed to double farmers’ income by 2022 and in that direction hike in MSP will play an important role and inflation will not rise due to hike in MSP’s for farmers.
NITI Aayog is also playing important role in implementing Best practices for sustainable and equitable development so that Dream of New India can be achieved.
