HUDCO surges on getting nod to raise Rs 22,000 crore through bonds in FY23

Housing & Urban Development Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 36.90, up by 0.95 points or 2.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 35.95 on the BSE.


The scrip opened at Rs. 36.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 37.00 and Rs. 36.00 respectively. So far 68155 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 47.30 on 23-Sep-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 30.60 on 24-Feb-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 37.00 and Rs. 35.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7196.83 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 81.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.03% and 10.17% respectively.

Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has received an approval for the proposal to raise up to Rs 22,000 crore through bonds and debentures during the financial year 2022-23 (FY23), to finance affordable housing and urban infrastructure projects. The board of company in its meeting held on July 28, 2022 gave approval to this effect.
