HUDCO Gains After Signing MoU with NBCC

Mumbai, September 22 (Udaipur Kiran News): Shares of Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) were trading higher on the BSE after the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India). The stock was quoted at ₹230.90, up ₹1.60 or 0.70% from its previous close of ₹229.30.

The scrip opened at ₹229.35 and touched an intraday high of ₹232.40 and a low of ₹228.70. A total of 1,51,852 shares were traded during the session. On a weekly basis, the stock has moved between ₹233.30 and ₹216.45. HUDCO’s current market capitalisation stands at ₹45,963.62 crore.

The MoU, signed on September 19, 2025, covers multiple projects including the development of a commercial plot at Kaushambi (Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh), an institutional plot at Panchkula (Haryana), additional blocks at HUDCO’s Regional Office in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), and reconstruction of residential flats at Asian Games Village Complex, New Delhi. These works will be executed on a turnkey basis as deposit projects.

HUDCO primarily finances social housing and residential real estate projects by lending to state governments and their agencies, which further extend or utilise the finance for end beneficiaries.
