Jammu, March 30 : Panic gripped on Wednesday when fire broke out in one of the offices here in the civil secretariat complex. Police said that fire broke out in a portion of the complex suspected to be due to short circuit. “Three fire tenders were immediately rushed to the incident site and the flames were doused,” said police. Some records were destroyed in the fire but no injury was reported, they said. VBH SHK1645
