Mumbai, October 20 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Cupid Ltd. gained in Monday’s trading session after the healthcare products manufacturer received the CE (EU IVDR) certification for its two key in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) test kits — CupiSURE Pregnancy (hCG) Test Kit and CupiKIT Syphilis Antibody Test Kit — enabling the company to distribute these products across Europe and other CE-recognized markets globally.
The stock is currently trading at ₹252.90, up ₹1.45 or 0.58% from its previous close of ₹251.45 on the BSE. It opened at ₹254.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹254.60 and low of ₹251.45. So far, 21,085 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of ₹1, has touched a 52-week high of ₹254.45 (October 17, 2025) and a 52-week low of ₹50.00 (April 7, 2025). The company’s market capitalization stands at ₹6,789.53 crore.

Promoters hold 42.52% of the company’s shares, while institutions and non-institutional investors own 1.06% and 56.43%, respectively.
Regulatory Milestone
The newly granted CE (EU IVDR) certifications confirm that Cupid’s products comply with the European Union Regulation (EU) 2017/746 (IVDR), which governs in-vitro diagnostic medical devices. Upcoming Certifications
