
Udaipur : A constable’s wife has lodged an FIR alleging blackmail, robbery and rape charges on one of her acquaintance whom she had known for two years. The woman,a resident of police reserve line in Dungarpur said in her complaint that she met Suresh Bhagora, resident of Bhudhar under Kesariya ji police station in Udaipur, 2 years ago in Kherwada where she was enrolled in a coaching center for general nursing course. The accused too was receiving coaching from the institute.
He took her mobile number and clicked some objectionable pictures together . He continued to call her despite her disapproval. He demanded money from her for not showing the pictures to her family and when she refused to give money, he even snatched away her debit card. The rape survivor told the police that the accused withdrew 40 thousand rupees from her account and on May 7 he came outside the police line gate. He called her and said that he would return the debit card if she came with him.
The complainant said that she went with the accused to bring back her card which the accused said was at one of his relative’s home in Kherwada. There the accused sexually abused her and even snatched her gold chain. A report under sections 363, 376, 354 and 384 of the IPC has been registered and police team has been sent to Udaipur to find the accused.
