Applications Invited for State-Level Youth Talent Award Competition

Udaipur, March 5, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): The West Zone Cultural Centre (WZCC), Udaipur, has invited applications from interested youth to participate in the upcoming ‘Yuva Pratibha Puraskar Competition’.

WZCC Director Furkan Khan informed that the competition is organised every year to provide a state-level platform to young talents aged between 18 and 30 years. The event encourages various traditional art forms including folk singing, folk dance, folk instrumental performance, and folk theatre, with the aim of promoting these talents and helping artists gain recognition at the state and national levels.

As part of this initiative, the competition for the year 2026 will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Shilpgram, Udaipur, starting from 10:00 AM.

Interested participants can submit their applications on plain paper at Bagore Ki Haveli, Gangaur Ghat, Udaipur, by 5:00 PM on March 11, 2026. Applicants must also carry their educational mark sheet as proof of age while submitting the application.
