
Udaipur : The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) on wednesday conducted raids at the residences of two officials, including Financial Advisor of the Divisional Commissioner and a senior accounts officer at the UIT here in Udaipur.
The raids were held after receiving directions from the ACB headquarters, Jaipur regarding complaints against these officers for owing assets disproportionate to their income.The ACB teams from Banswara raided at the offices of Bharti Raj, the financial advisor at divisional commissioner’s office and Ramesh Chandra Bavri, senior accounts officer at the Urban Improvement Trust. The ACB teams inspected files and have seized some documents from these offices, the ACB officials refrained from comments. Few other ACB teams have conducted raids in homes of these officers in other cities too, sources claimed.
