The Yamaha XSR 155 has officially been launched in India at Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom), entering direct competition with the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. While both motorcycles embrace a neo-retro design language, they differ notably in terms of pricing, engine specifications and overall performance.

Engine Specifications
The Yamaha XSR 155 is powered by a 155cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine shared with the R15 and MT-15. It produces 18.4 hp at 10,000 rpm and 14.1 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
The Royal Enfield Hunter 350, updated for 2025, continues with its 349cc, air/oil-cooled J-series engine. It comes with a 5-speed gearbox, delivering 20.2 bhp of peak power and 27 Nm of torque.

The Yamaha XSR 155 is priced at Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is available in seven colour variants, priced between Rs 1.38 lakh and Rs 1.16 lakh (ex-showroom).
