Xiaomi 14 Ultra, rumored to be the flagship phone of the Xiaomi 14 series, has been leaked again, this time in a live image that reveals its design and camera layout.

The image, shared by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, shows the phone in an off-white color with a circular camera module similar to the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. This aligns with previous leaks that suggested a larger camera island and Leica branding.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra is rumored to have a quad rear camera setup with four 50-megapixel sensors, possibly including Sony’s latest LYT900 1-inch sensor as the primary camera. Other expected features include a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, slightly curved screens, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and a 5,180mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
The official global launch of the Xiaomi 14 series, including the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, is scheduled for February 25 in Barcelona, just ahead of MWC.
