Vivo X200 series is expected to go official in China on October 14. We have already heard a lot about the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro models in recent months, and a new leak that came out of China has now shed light on the processor and camera details of the purported Vivo X200 Ultra. The Ultra model is expected to fit an unannounced Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. This unit might include a quad rear camera unit, with a 200-megapixel periscope lens.
Vivo X200 Ultra SoC, Camera Details
According to tipster Digital Chat Station in a Weibo post, the Vivo X200 Ultra will sport a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. Meanwhile, the Vivo X200 and the Vivo X200 Pro will bring MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC, as tipped.
The Vivo X200 Ultra is also likely to see a quad rear camera unit featuring three 50-megapixel sensors. That should be an upgrade over the Vivo X100 Ultra’s triple rear camera setup. Like the predecessor, the new device is likely to come with a 200-megapixel periscope lens. As per reports, the main camera will feature a ‘fixed large aperture’.
In a new tip, an avid tipster mentions the battery specifications of Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro and Vivo X200 Ultra. According to him, the Vivo X200 Pro will sport a 6,000mAh battery inside. Another report from him mentions that Vivo X200 may support a 5,800mAh battery unit.

The Vivo X100 Ultra was in China in May priced at CNY 6,499, or approximately Rs. 74,500, for the 12GB + 256GB RAM storage variant. On the hardware side, it is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC accompanied by up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. It also sports a 50-megapixel selfie camera. It comes with a 5,500mAh battery, which allows for 80W wired fast charging and 30W wireless charging.
