He will hold talks with the top leadership of the country to boost ties in areas such as trade and information technology. He will travel to Panama on 8-9 May and on the last leg of visit he will visit Peru on 10-11 May.
He is accompanied by a high level delegation including Minister of State for Tribal Affairs Jashwant Singh Bhabhore, four members of parliament and senior government officials.
The visit seeks cooperation in strategic areas including space, telematic tracking, satellite fabrication, science and technology including biotechnology.
