Udaipur, May 24 (Udaipur Kiran) – Sensation spread in the Savina area after the body of an unidentified man was found lying on a vacant plot under the jurisdiction of Savina Police Station.
According to local residents, a strong foul smell was coming from the empty land near a construction site. When people went to inspect the area, they discovered a body lying there and immediately informed the police.

After receiving the information, police officials reached the spot and began investigation. Police also called people living in the nearby hilly area to help identify the deceased, but the identity of the man could not be established.
Officials said the body appeared to be around two to three days old.
Station House Officer Gazveer Singh Solanki said the body was found late in the evening on a vacant plot near an under-construction building opposite Dr Girija Vyas Petrol Pump in the Savina area.
The body has been shifted to the hospital mortuary. Police said efforts are underway to identify the deceased and investigate the cause of death.
