The advisory for event organizers at hotels, restaurants, clubs, and farmhouses includes the following instructions:
1. Organizers must ensure that the number of invitees does not exceed the seating capacity of the venue. Entry will only be allowed up to the seating capacity. Inviting more guests than capacity will lead to action against the organizers. Every attendee’s identity must be verified, and a photocopy of their ID must be taken.
2. Separate parking arrangements must be made by the organizers for vehicles of attendees to prevent traffic jams on the roads. Security guards should be appointed at parking sites to safeguard vehicles.
3. Sale of liquor without proper departmental licenses during the event is strictly prohibited. Organizers found violating this will face necessary legal action.
4. Use and transportation of hookah and illegal intoxicants at event sites are banned and will attract strict legal consequences.
5. Fire safety measures are mandatory, including the availability of fire extinguishers (Class A, B, C), clear exit signs, emergency lighting, and proper evacuation routes for guests. Organizers must ensure all fire safety equipment is functional.
6. Organizers must inspect electrical equipment and wiring to prevent short circuits and ensure public safety. Alternative arrangements should be available to handle any emergency.
7. Volunteers must be appointed by the organizers to assist during the event.
8. Attendees are prohibited from carrying any banned weapons. Legal action will be taken against those found with such items.
