Udaipur, May 28 (Udaipur Kiran) – Udaipur division and the shooting sports community of Mewar received a major achievement after Dr. Jitendra Singh Chundawat successfully completed the prestigious “D Level Coach Course in Shotgun” conducted by the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Academy.
With this achievement, Dr. Chundawat has become the first ISSF D Level Shotgun international coach from Udaipur division.
The certificate was issued by the ISSF Academy on May 27, 2026. The course focused on world-class shooting training systems, modern coaching techniques, athlete development, competition strategy and international shooting standards. The achievement is being seen as an important milestone for the development of shooting sports in the Mewar region.
Dr. Jitendra Singh Chundawat is currently operating the “Mewar Rifle Shooting Club” group and is training young and emerging players in rifle and shotgun shooting. Several players under his guidance have performed well in state and national-level competitions.
Apart from sports coaching, Dr. Chundawat is also actively associated with sports administration and education. He is presently serving as Vice Principal and Secretary Sports Board at Pacific College of Physical Education, Udaipur, and is continuously working for the development of sports and young talent.
