South Bengal has already recorded a slight dip in both daytime and nighttime temperatures, with forecasts suggesting a further 2-3°C drop in the next two days. However, by the end of the week, temperatures are expected to rise again.
Weather Outlook for South Bengal
The weather in South Bengal is expected to remain clear, with no immediate chances of rainfall. Residents can expect comfortable conditions despite the occasional heat during the day.

- Minimum temperature could drop to 20°C.
- Maximum temperature likely to hover around 30°C.
- Tuesday’s recorded temperatures:
- Minimum: 22.7°C
- Maximum: 32.2°C
- Humidity levels range between 32% and 89%, leading to slight discomfort due to stickiness.
Rain Expected in North Bengal
Meanwhile, North Bengal’s hill regions are set to experience continuous rainfall this week.

- Light showers and thunderstorms expected on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Intense rainfall predicted for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

- Alipurduar and Jalpaiguri are also expected to receive light rainfall.
