(Udaipur Kiran News): Shares of Suraj Estate Developers moved higher on Tuesday after the company announced the launch of its new upscale residential project, ‘Suraj Park View 1’, in Shivaji Park, Dadar (West), Mumbai.

The stock was trading at ₹296.45, up 0.24%, compared to its previous close of ₹295.75 on the BSE. It opened at ₹301.35 and touched a high of ₹308.85 and a low of ₹295.05. So far, 11,361 shares have been traded. The company’s market capitalization currently stands at ₹1,417.44 crore.
In the past 52 weeks, the scrip has touched a high of ₹824.75 (18 Oct 2024) and a low of ₹270.15 (09 May 2025). Promoters hold 69.60%, while institutions and non-institutions account for 3.64% and 26.77% respectively.

The newly launched 29-storey tower falls under the value luxury segment, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹250 crore and a saleable carpet area of around 0.53 lakh sq. ft. The project offers 1, 2, and 3 BHK residences ranging from 469 sq. ft. to 872 sq. ft., with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, Shivaji Park, Bandra-Worli Sea Link, and the Eastern Bay.
Located just 100 metres from Dadar Metro Station and 1.2 km from Dadar Railway Station, the project also enjoys seamless access to BKC, the Mumbai Coastal Road, and Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
