The musical event, which saw thousands of fans in attendance, took a disturbing turn when a section of the crowd began throwing stones and plastic bottles toward the stage, forcing the performance to come to an abrupt halt.

The celebrated singer, known for hits across generations, was performing some of his most iconic songs when the situation escalated. According to eyewitnesses, a few overexcited individuals in the crowd began hurling objects including stones and bottles toward the stage, causing injuries to some members of Sonu Nigam’s team.

Despite the chaos, Sonu Nigam tried to control the crowd and appealed for calm. Folding his hands on stage, he requested,
“I’m here to spend a good time with you. I never said you shouldn’t enjoy the concert, but please don’t do things like this.”

However, due to the rising tension and for safety reasons, the organizers were forced to cancel the concert midway.
