This information comes from information source PandaFlash (via Wfcctech), which published a post on X (formerly Twitter) confirming that the South Korean tech giant is working on a new artificial intelligence feature called Battery AI. Citing anonymous sources, the feature claimed that the feature would save 5 to 10 percent of battery life on the company’s upcoming flagship models. In particular, he didn’t mention how the function does this.
How the Battery AI works has not been disclosed, but it is believed that it does not use traditional power-saving software techniques that throttle the CPU and GPU and block background activity to extend battery life.
