UDAIPUR, June 22, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran) : Sai Tirupati University, Udaipur, organised a 21-day Yoga Fortnight programme on the occasion of the 12th International Yoga Day 2026. Students, National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers, faculty members and staff participated enthusiastically in the activities conducted during the programme.

As part of the Yoga Fortnight, various awareness and creative activities were organised, including rangoli, poster, reel-making, photography, essay writing, slogan writing and poetry writing competitions. A community awareness campaign was also conducted in Dhol Ki Pati village.
The programme concluded with a collective yoga session, during which yoga guru Dr. Chintan Doshi and Ms. Aruna Chauhan conducted training in yoga asanas, pranayama and breathing exercises.
Among those who actively participated in the programme were Dr. Dileep Kumar L., Dr. Pranav Kumar and Dr. Rajyalakshmi from PIMS College. Representatives from the National Service Scheme, including Deepak Teli, Dr. Avantika Gupta and Dr. Suresh Dev, along with all unit in-charges, teachers and students, also took part in the activities.
At the conclusion of the programme, all participants resolved to make regular yoga practice an integral part of their lifestyle.
