RITES surges on inking MoU with Ministry of Railway Development, Republic of Ghana

Rites is currently trading at Rs. 287.00, up by 10.40 points or 3.76% from its previous closing of Rs. 276.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 279.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 292.70 and Rs. 278.50 respectively. So far 80843 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 295.50 on 11-Oct-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 160.48 on 19-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 292.70 and Rs. 257.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7120.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 87.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.64% and 7.96% respectively.

RITES has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Railway Development, Republic of Ghana, at International Rail Conference 2019 by IREE in New Delhi (India). This MOU has been signed to promote long term bilateral co-corporation in transport and infrastructure development projects in Ghana.
