New Delhi, October 30 (Udaipur Kiran) — Realme has officially confirmed that its upcoming flagship smartphone, the Realme GT 8 Pro, will debut in India in November 2025. The device, which was unveiled in China on October 21, will feature Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with Realme’s in-house HyperVision AI chip.
The company announced the launch via its official X (formerly Twitter) handle, along with dedicated microsites on Flipkart and Realme India’s website, confirming that the smartphone will be available through both platforms. However, Realme has not yet revealed any details regarding the standard Realme GT 8 variant’s launch in India.
Expected Specifications
The Indian model of the Realme GT 8 Pro is expected to retain the same hardware as the Chinese version. It will come with a 6.79-inch QHD+ (1,440×3,136 pixels) AMOLED flexible display, offering up to 144Hz refresh rate, 7,000 nits peak brightness, 1.07 billion colors, and a 3,200Hz touch sampling rate.
The device is powered by the 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, coupled with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. It houses a massive 7,000mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging support.
On the camera front, the GT 8 Pro will feature a Ricoh GR-tuned triple rear camera setup, comprising 200MP + 50MP + 50MP sensors, and a 32MP front camera for selfies.
In China, the smartphone is priced starting at CNY 3,999 (approximately ₹50,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the top-end 16GB + 1TB model costs CNY 5,199 (around ₹64,000). It is offered in Blue, White, and Green color options.
With its flagship specifications and aggressive pricing, the Realme GT 8 Pro is expected to intensify competition in India’s premium smartphone market once it launches next month.
