Realme has introduced a new color variant for its most affordable 5G smartphone, the Realme C65, in India. Initially launched in April, the smartphone now comes in an eye-catching Speed Red color, in addition to the existing Feather Green and Glowing Black options.

The Realme C65 Speed Red variant is priced at Rs 12,499 and will be available for purchase online starting June 14. Customers can buy the smartphone from Realme’s official website, Realme.com. Additionally, the company is offering a Rs 1,000 discount on select bank cards.

The Realme C65 5G boasts impressive specifications for its price point:
- Display: The smartphone features a 6.67-inch HD display with a resolution of 720×1604 pixels. The display supports a 120Hz refresh rate and offers peak brightness levels of up to 625 nits. Realme claims that the C65 is the first smartphone to incorporate the Raindrop Smart Touch feature, which has a 96% accuracy rate in detecting water on the screen or the user’s hands, using the screen’s scanning data.
- Performance: Powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, the Realme C65 5G comes with up to 6GB of RAM. The device offers two storage options: 64GB and 128GB, both expandable via a microSD card, providing ample space for apps, photos, and videos.
- Operating System: The smartphone runs on Android 14, with Realme’s custom UI 5.0 on top. Realme has committed to providing three years of OS updates and two years of security updates, ensuring the device remains up-to-date and secure over time.
- Camera: The Realme C65 5G is equipped with a dual rear camera setup. It features a 50MP main camera, capable of capturing high-resolution photos, and an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
