The division bench of Justice Ajay Rastogi and Justice D C Somnai issued the order on a petition by Bhanwar Singh.
Ankur Gupta, counsel for the petitioner, said, on February 10, 2016, the court issued advertisement for the recruitment. But for the differently abled, neither the provision of reservation nor age relaxation under the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 was followed.
He said there is a provision of 4% reservation for the differently-abled and age relaxation.
