
Udaipur : Pratapgarh municipal council chairman Kamlesh Doshi is missing since Thursday. Doshi had gone to Jaipur on wednesday i.e May 16 with a former councillor and next afternoon he flew to Mumbai alone where he had stayed in a hotel. He spoke to his wife last on thursday night around 8pm when he told her that he was leaving for Burhanpur to meet some Jain saints. Unable to contact him since, the worried family members enquired for him at every relatives and friends places far and wide, however, there has been no trace of him. The sources at Burhanpur too confirmed that Doshi hadnt arrived there.
Doshi’s brother on friday night lodged a man missing complaint at the Kotwali police station in Pratapgarh city. According to police sources, Doshi’s mobile location was last traced from Kurla in Mumbai around 11 pm. A team of cyber expert along with cops have gone to Mumbai in search of the chairman. Police has also sought the CCTV footage from the hotel where Doshi had stayed and checked out. Though the family members didnt name any suspect behind his missing, however, sources claim this could be due to some opium related business rivalry.
