Udaipur, October 16 (Udaipur Kiran): The Electricity Department, Udaipur has announced a scheduled power shutdown today, October 16, across several parts of the city for maintenance and infrastructure work. The outage will affect multiple residential and commercial areas at different timings throughout the day.
Areas and Timings of Power Cut:
🔹 From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Power supply will remain suspended in the following areas:
Bapu Bazaar, Delhi Gate, Nehru Bazaar, Surajpol, Mukherjee Chowk, Gulab Bagh, Bhatiyani Chohatta, Udiapol, Mewar Motor Link Road, Savera Gali, Kalaji Goraji, Kamliyawari Lal Ghat, Nav Ghat, Kasaro Ki Ol, and Mamaji Ki Haveli.
🔹 From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Electricity will be unavailable in these areas:
Meera Nagar, Chandra Colony, Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, Rebarion Ka Guda, Apni Dhani, Rakhampura, Swastik Nagar, Designer Heights, Prithvipuram, Fauji Farm House, Upla Bhilwara, Modern Public School, Hotel Platinum Excellency, Lakecity Enclave, and Krishna Vihar.
🔹 From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Following areas will experience power cuts:
Sajjan Nagar A Block, Sajjan Nagar Kacchi Basti, Gandhinagar D Block, Khan Baba area, Dholi Magri, Mastan Piya Colony, Sajjan Nagar Old Basti, Galabag, Rani Road, Rajiv Gandhi Park, Solar Observatory, Shilpgram, Chhota Hawala, and RJ27 Hotel.

Power will also remain shut in:
Suron Ka Fala, Mahadev Nagar, Kathiyawadi, Heeru Talai, Kotliya Fala, and Balicha.
