Addressing a public meeting in Chamarajnagar in Karnataka, the Prime Minister questioned the critics saying why was it difficult for them to say a few words of appreciation for such a great milestone.
The Prime Minister attacked Congress party for its comments over electrification target saying when BJP government has electrified 18000 villages why can’t Congress accept it.
He said that Congress has no right to raise questions on electrification as it was Congress government that had announced in 2005 to electrify the villages by 2009 but the target couldn’t be achieved even by 2014.
The Prime Minister is on a campaign trail in the poll bound state and is addressing public meetings in support of BJP candidates.

At another rally in Udupi, Prime Minister continued with his brazen attack on the Congress and the state government.
Expressing grave concern at the growing trend of political violence in the state, he said that the people will take to task all those who are trying to muzzle the voice of truth by resorting to violence.
Meanwhile, as campaigning reaches its peak in Karnatraka, chief minister Siddharamaiya is touring the state extensively to campaing for Congress party.
