Wickremesinghe arrived in the national capital on a three-day visit to India on Thursday.

The leaders exchanged views on strengthening bilateral relations and reviewed progress on development projects.
Sri Lanka prime MInister Ranil Wickremesingh also met home minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi.
The leaders had deliberations on further strengthening cooperation between India and Sri Lanka on issues pertaining to security and terrorism in the region.
