Udaipur, March 8, 2025 – A Five-Day Event Promoting Safety Awareness Pacific Institute of Fire and Safety Management, a constituent of Pacific University, successfully hosted a five-day National Safety Week, emphasizing fire safety, industrial safety, road safety, and emergency preparedness. The event featured expert-led training sessions, competitions, industrial visits, and awareness campaigns aimed at enhancing safety consciousness among students and faculty members.
Day 1: Blood Donation Camp – A Noble Start to Safety Week
The event commenced with a blood donation camp organized in collaboration with Pacific Medical College & Hospital.

- Dr. Umed Singh Parihar, Principal, Pacific Medical College & Hospital
Dr. Mangal highlighted the health benefits of blood donation and encouraged students to actively participate in such humanitarian efforts. Students from various colleges within Pacific University took part in this initiative, reinforcing the importance of community service in safety and healthcare.
Day 2: Inter-College Poster Competition on Environmental Sustainability
An inter-college poster competition on the theme “Environmental Sustainability” was held, drawing wide participation from students across multiple disciplines.

Students were given a first-hand experience of industrial safety through a visit to Udaipur Cement Works Limited.

A one-day emergency first-aid training camp was organized in association with Pacific Medical College & Hospital.

The concluding day featured an expert online session on Road Safety and Health Safety, conducted by:
