Udaipur, 18 December (Udaipur Kiran) — To mark World Meditation Day on 21 December 2025, the Heartfulness Movement will host a historic global live meditation session, aimed at spreading peace, harmony and inner balance across the world. The event will be led by Heartfulness global guide Pujya Daaji Kamlesh D. Patel.

The live meditation will begin at 8 pm IST, carrying the universal message of “One World, One Heart” and uniting participants across continents.
State coordinator Vikas Moghe said that more than 10 lakh practitioners from 160 countries will join this global session online. Heartfulness practitioners from Rajasthan — including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Ajmer and Bikaner — will also participate from their respective locations. Several centres across the state are preparing to join the session collectively through screen-based connectivity.
The Heartfulness session will be available free of cost on YouTube Live and other digital platforms. Subtitles and real-time translations will be offered in multiple languages to make the meditation accessible to participants worldwide. A recorded version will also be made available later.
Moghe said the meditation session under Daaji’s guidance will help participants experience mental calmness and inner stability, while strengthening the spirit of compassion, harmony and unity globally. He added that Heartfulness practice enables individuals to connect with their hearts and move towards positive transformation — the core intention behind this initiative.
