New Delhi, May 13: NTPC Limited has officially announced the recruitment of eligible candidates for 25 contract-based engineer positions in the fields of contracts and materials. The vacancies include 13 for UR, 2 for EWS, 6 for OBC, 3 for SC, and 1 for ST.
The online application process commenced on May 11 and will close on May 25. Interested candidates can submit their registration forms on the official website before the deadline.
Applicants must possess a BE/BTech degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Production, Electronics & Control, Instrumentation, or Civil from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
Additionally, candidates should have at least four years of executive experience in the electric/oil/gas/steel sectors after obtaining their BE/BTech degree. Out of the total experience, at least two years should be in contracts/purchase/stores/procurement or a combination of these.
Candidates with an MBA/PGDBM in materials management/supply chain management/logistics and operations management will be given preference.
The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 32 years, calculated as of the application deadline. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on academic qualifications and experience through shortlisting/screening, written/computer-based tests (if applicable), personal interviews, and medical examinations. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000.
While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is ₹500 for general/EWS/OBC male candidates. Scheduled caste/scheduled tribe/differently-abled candidates and female candidates from all categories are exempt from the registration fee.

Then, they need to register and log in, fill in all required information in the form, upload the necessary documents in the correct size, pay the registration fee, and submit the form.
