60 Delegations Present Grievances, Immediate Solutions Provided for Many
Udaipur – In a proactive outreach initiative, MP Dr. Mannalal Rawat conducted a Jan Sunwai (public hearing) at his District Council office on Friday, where he attentively listened to grievances from citizens and delegations.

During the hearing, around 60 individuals and groups presented their concerns, with many issues resolved on the spot. For unresolved cases, MP Dr. Rawat promptly contacted officials, directing them to take immediate action.
Key Issues Raised & Actions Taken
1️⃣ Road Construction, School Classrooms & Panchayat Development
Several delegations from both urban and rural areas requested better road connectivity, additional classrooms in schools, and accelerated developmental projects for local panchayats. MP Dr. Rawat directed officials to expedite necessary actions.
2️⃣ Stray Dog Menace
Concerns over rising stray dog issues were also raised, leading to immediate instructions for authorities to implement control measures.
3️⃣ Bus Stop Demand for Chaatpur
📍 Issue: Narayan Singh, Vice President of BJP Chhappan Mandal Salumber, along with a delegation, requested a designated bus stop in Chaatpur village (Panchayat Kherad) for Udaipur-Banswara via Salumber roadways buses.
✅ Action: MP Dr. Rawat immediately contacted transport department officials, directing them to resolve the issue promptly.
4️⃣ Demand to Establish Kundli as a Gram Panchayat
📍 Issue: Residents of Kundli, Nayagaon, and Gamdi submitted a memorandum to elevate Kundli to Gram Panchayat status, highlighting that Kundli is the largest village in the Karakala Panchayat with a population of 1,126.
✅ Action: MP assured them that a formal proposal will be sent to the government.
5️⃣ Installation of Mobile Tower in Popalti
📍 Issue: Meera Meena, Administrator of Girwa Panchayat Samiti’s Popalti Gram Panchayat, along with a delegation, raised concerns over lack of mobile network coverage, which is preventing villagers from accessing government schemes and digital services.
✅ Action: MP assured that action would be taken to install a mobile tower.
6️⃣ High Mast Lights for Badawali Village
📍 Issue: Deputy Sarpanch Shantilal Tailor and Panchayat Samiti Member Kankudevi Patel requested high mast lights at Ambe Chowk and Ganpati Chowk in Badawali village.
✅ Action: MP instructed officials to ensure early resolution of the request.
