Motorola is gearing up to launch its next mid-range flagship, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro, in India on April 3rd. A few days before the official launch, the informant offered the European price of the smartphone. Motorola has already announced some specifications of the new Edge series phone through its social media profiles and Flipkart landing page. Motorola Edge 50 Pro confirmed to be powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. It will have a 6.7-inch POLED display with 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate.

Tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) spotted the Motorola Edge 50 Pro on an Italian retail site. According to a screenshot of a listing shared by a tipster, the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant is priced at €864 (roughly Rs. 77,000). The earlier Motorola Edge 40 Pro was launched in April last year in a 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant priced at €899.99 (roughly Rs. 80,500). The Indian version of the Tipster costs Rs 44,999 for the same RAM and storage model.
The Motorola Edge 50 Pro will go on sale in India on April 3. Sold via Flipkart. Both Flipkart and Motorola India have revealed the specifications and design of the phone. It is confirmed to be available in black, purple and white.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor is said to power the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. It will have a 6.7-inch POLED display that supports 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and 2000 nits peak brightness. The display is said to be HDR10+ certified and covers 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color space. The screen is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The Motorola Edge 50 Pro has been confirmed to have an in-display optical fingerprint scanner. It will feature an AI-powered triple rear camera that includes a 50-megapixel 2μm primary camera, an ultra-wide-angle camera with 50x hybrid zoom, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens. It is also IP68 certified.
