The Motorola Edge 50 Neo was launched in Europe in August and has now been confirmed for India. The company has announced the release date of this smartphone in Japan. The Indian version of this device seems to be similar to the global version. The phone’s design and some features were revealed ahead of its launch. The color options of the Edge 50 Neo have also been confirmed. Notably, the base models Motorola Edge 50 and Edge 50 Pro are currently available in India.
Motorola Edge 50 Neo India Released, Color Options
The Motorola Edge 50 Neo will launch in India on September 16 at 12:00 pm IST. In Japan, it is available for purchase via Flipkart. The e-commerce platform Products’ microsite also announces a “one-hour flash sale.”
Motorola says the Edge 50 Neo will be available in the country in select Pantone colors and a vegetable leather finish. The smartphone has been confirmed to come in four color options: Grisaille, Latte, Navy Blue and Poinciana. Particle for direct object

The Motorola Edge 50 Neo features MIL-810H military certification and IP68 standard construction for dust and splash protection. It comes with Hello UI based on Android 14 and promises 5 years of OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates. According to Flipkart’s Motorola Edge 50 Neo microsite, the device will have Moto AI-based features like AI Style Sync and AI Magic Canvas.
Motorola’s Edge 50 Neo also features a 120Hz LTPO adaptive display with up to 3000 nits brightness, SGS eye protection, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The phone features a triple rear camera unit with a 50MP Sony Lytia 700C primary sensor. This camera is equipped with a 10-megapixel telephoto camera that supports 3x optical zoom and 30x digital zoom.
The global version of the Motorola Edge 50 Neo features a MediaTek Dimension 7300 chipset, a 32-megapixel selfie camera and a 4310 mAh battery with support for 68W wired charging. In some European markets, the price will be 499 Euros (approx. 46,000 rupees).
