Lenovo-owned Motorola is all set to launch its new Edge series of smartphones in India. Smartphone maker Motorola has started launching the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion in the country.
Motorola took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to announce the release of the upcoming Motorola smartphone. The company released a short video with the words: “Be in the spotlight with our latest innovations. Get ready to shine like never before. #ReleasingSoon.” The teaser released by the company states that the smartphone will have the best camera and design in its price segment.

Motorola is expected to launch the Edge 50 Fusion smartphone in the country. The company recently launched the same smartphone globally and is expected to launch the same variant in India as well.

The Motorola Edge 50 features a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The display offers a 144 Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of up to 1600 nits. The screen is also protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Motorola’s mid-range smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM. The smartphone is available with two types of memory – 256 GB and 512 GB.
The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion runs Android 14 and has a 50MP primary camera with f/1.88 aperture and a 13MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.45 aperture.
The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion is equipped with stereo speakers and is protected against dust and moisture according to the IP68 standard. The smartphone is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 68W fast charging.
