Post completion of due diligence by Luxmi Tea Company (Buyer) and on payment of consideration by the Buyer as agreed, the specified assets, being the Estates & Bearer Plants and other Assets of Moran Tea Estate, Lepetkatta Tea Estate, Attabarrie Tea Estate and Sepon Tea Estate of the Company in Assam, have been handed over to the Buyer on October 10, 2018. This transaction is subject to necessary approval from the Government of Assam.
