Jaipur, July 20 – In a major late-night administrative reshuffle, the Rajasthan government on Saturday transferred 91 IPS, 12 IAS, and 142 RAS officers. According to the order issued by the Department of Personnel, SPs in Jaipur Rural, Sri Ganganagar, Sikar, Kotputli-Behror, Jodhpur Rural, Sawai Madhopur, Rajsamand, Phalodi, Pali, Deeg, Pratapgarh, Beawar, Nagaur, Kota Urban, Kota Rural, Chittorgarh, Banswara, Dungarpur, Baran, Jhalawar, Alwar, Sirohi, Dungarpur, Jalore, Didwana-Kuchaman, Jaisalmer, Bharatpur, Karauli, Bhiwadi, Tonk, Dholpur, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, and Balotra were changed.
The government transferred 91 IPS officers and gave new postings to 10 RAS officers, while 2 RAS officers were transferred. A total of 142 Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) officers were also reshuffled.
The police department saw the biggest reshuffle, including changes in IGs of Kota, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Jaipur, Ajmer, and Bharatpur ranges. SPs of 30 districts were also changed.
As per the order, Rajesh Meena (IG, Jodhpur Range), Hinglaj Dan (IG, Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission Jaipur), Ravidutt Gaur (IG, Police HQ Jaipur), Gaurav Srivastava (IG, Udaipur Range), Sharad Kaviraj (IG, SOG Jaipur), Omprakash (Police Commissioner Jodhpur), Vikas Kumar (IG, ATS Jaipur), Deepak Kumar (IG, Home Department Jaipur), Rajendra Singh (IG, Ajmer Range), Ajay Pal Lamba (IG, SCRB Jaipur), Anshuman Bhomia (IG, SBB Jaipur), Rahul Prakash (IG, Jaipur Range), Hemant Kumar Sharma (IG, Bikaner Range), Kailash Chandra Bishnoi (IG, Bharatpur Range), Randhir Singh (IG, Arms Battalion Jaipur), Preeti Chandra (DIG, Arms Battalion I Jaipur), Harendra Kumar Mahawar (IG, SSB Jodhpur) were reassigned.
