Udaipur : Maharana Bhupal Hospital is continuously advancing towards modernization by incorporating innovations in its services. As part of this initiative, a counter communication system, also known as a two-way communication facility, was installed on Saturday at the outdoor reception and inquiry center of Maharana Bhupal Hospital.
Dr. R.L. Suman, the superintendent of MB, explained that this facility allows conversations from both inside and outside. When a patient outside inquires for information, the staff’s response can be heard by the patient through a speaker, and vice versa. This facility has been initiated as a pilot project and if successful, it will be implemented at all counters of the hospital in the future.
