Kolhapur/Sindhudurg, Feb 26 : Karul Ghat section on National highway-166 G, has been closed from Saturday for three weeks for all type of heavy vehicles traffics from Kankavali-Talere to Vaibhav wadi-Karul Ghat section up to Gaganbavda boundry in Kolhapur district, for road repair purpose. Sindhudurg district collectors tor K Manjulaxmi has directed closure of all heavy vehicles for three weeks on National Highway number 166 G, from Kankavali-Talere to Vaibhavwadi-Karul upto Gaganbavda boundry in Kolhapur district, to complete road repair works in Karul Ghat. The traffic has been diverted from Kolhapur to Khandasari (Crusher Chowk) to Phonda Ghat to National highway 166 G while traffic from Goa to Kolhapur diverted from Nandgaon Thittha via Phone Ghat to Kolhapur.
