Under the MoU signed on October 18, 2025, Universal Autofoundry has agreed to lease its machine shop facility located at Sargoth in Sikar District, Rajasthan, along with the associated plant and machinery, to Kranti Industries. UFL will consolidate its two existing machine shops into a single location — Unit 3 at Sargoth — which Kranti will manage and operate.

As part of the arrangement, Kranti Industries will focus exclusively on machining cast components manufactured by Universal Autofoundry. The collaboration aims to combine UFL’s foundry capabilities with Kranti’s precision machining expertise to boost productivity, quality, and operational efficiency, creating long-term business value for both companies.

The MoU will take effect from January 1, 2026, and will remain valid for seven years, including a three-year lock-in period, subject to the signing of definitive agreements.

Kranti Industries, with a track record spanning over two decades, is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of precision machined components for automotive and non-automotive (off-highway) applications.
