JMC Projects gains on securing new orders of Rs 1,059 crore

JMC Projects is currently trading at Rs. 110.70, up by 0.30 points or 0.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 110.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 107.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 115.55 and Rs. 107.00 respectively. So far 11789 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 150.00 on 27-May-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 74.45 on 29-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 115.55 and Rs. 105.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1815.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.60% and 15.21% respectively.

JMC Projects India (JMC) has secured two orders of Rs 1,059 crore. The first order is for Residential and Commercial Building Projects in South and North India totalling Rs 782 crore and the another order is for Water Supply Project in Jharkhand of Rs 277 crore. The new order wins in the Buildings & Factory (B&F) business would help company to strengthen its leadership position in the targeted markets.

JMC Projects, a subsidiary of Kalpataru Power Transmission, is India’s one of the leading contracting company. The company is mainly engaged in the construction of industrial and residential buildings and also power and infrastructure development projects.
