World Health Day Marked at Venkateshwara Nursing College

Udaipur, April 9, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): Venkateshwara College of Nursing, Umarda, a unit of Sai Tirupati University, organised an event on the occasion of World Health Day with active participation from students and faculty.

Students of the 5th semester BSc Nursing conducted an exhibition based on the theme “Together for Health, Stand with Science,” given by the World Health Organization. The exhibition showcased models, posters, and charts focusing on ecosystem-based approaches and the integration of science and health.

The programme was organised under the guidance of Principal Dr. Vijaysingh Rawat, Vice Principal Dr. C.P. Dekhawat, and faculty members Dr. Archala Khemnar, Prakash Salvi, Maheshwari Patel, Aditya Sharma, and Jitendra Kumar.

Through their presentations, students highlighted the importance of collaboration among healthcare workers and across social, economic, and environmental sectors. The initiative aimed to spread awareness about how coordinated efforts can bring meaningful change in public health.
