(Udaipur Kiran): Reliance Jio’s cloud service, JioAICloud, continues its strong growth trajectory in India, with the company announcing a customer base of 42 million users as of Q2 FY26. The announcement was made during Jio’s quarterly earnings report, highlighting the rapid adoption of its cloud offerings amid India’s expanding digital infrastructure.

Jio AI Classroom course

Industry analysts estimate that India’s cloud market could exceed $50 billion by 2030, making it one of the fastest-growing digital economies globally. JioAICloud currently offers 50GB of free storage for Jio customers, allowing them to securely store photos, videos, and documents accessible from any internet-connected device.

AI-Powered Features Driving Adoption

JioAICloud provides several AI-driven functionalities designed for convenience and intelligent organization. Key features include:

  1. AI Events – Automatic album creation using facial recognition and smart tagging for easy photo management.

  2. Voice Search – Users can search for files or media using Hindi or English voice commands, making the service accessible to a wider audience.

The company expects strong user growth in the coming quarters as more Indians adopt cloud-based solutions for data storage and productivity.

JioPC: Expanding the Cloud Ecosystem

Alongside JioAICloud, Reliance Jio is also pushing JioPC, its cloud-powered computing service, which aims to make digital productivity tools widely accessible. Leveraging Jio’s extensive retail and digital presence, JioPC enables users to access JioWorkSpace and Office 360—a suite of productivity applications—on supported devices such as TVs and laptops.

Jio recently showcased JioPC at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025, alongside the launch of a four-week AI Classroom Foundation Course in collaboration with Jio Institute. The course offers hands-on training in AI-driven productivity, learning, and creativity tools—further expanding Jio’s footprint in the digital education and enterprise segments.

With a growing ecosystem spanning connectivity, cloud, and AI-powered computing, Reliance Jio is positioning itself as a key player in India’s digital transformation journey.
