Jaipur strengthens its global network

The inclusion of Vietnam Airlines and Bhutan Airways will significantly expand Jaipur’s international air connectivity. With these new routes, the Rajasthan capital will be directly linked to two of Asia’s most popular tourist destinations. Officials said these additions will not only boost Jaipur’s international travel network but also position it as a growing hub for tourism and trade in South and Southeast Asia. Passengers will now be able to travel non-stop to Hanoi and Paro without transit halts. In the new Winter Schedule, Jaipur Airport will operate 95 weekly international flights. Major carriers include Etihad Airways (20 weekly flights to Abu Dhabi), Air India Express, and Air Arabia (14 weekly flights each). Other key destinations include Dubai, Muscat, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Sharjah — with Bhutan and Vietnam now added to the list.

Record 1,116 weekly domestic flights

On the domestic front, Jaipur Airport has achieved another record with 1,116 weekly domestic flights, connecting passengers to 37 major Indian cities. New destinations in this schedule include Navi Mumbai, Nagpur, and Noida, enhancing connectivity and reducing travel time for passengers. Jaipur will continue to have direct flights to cities such as Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, Dehradun, Delhi, Goa, Hyderabad, Indore, Chennai, Pune, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Surat, and Varanasi. The Winter Schedule is also expected to play a crucial role in strengthening air connectivity across Rajasthan, including popular tourist cities like Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, and Udaipur. The enhanced network will support both domestic tourism and state revenue during the busy winter travel season.

IndiGo leads domestic segment

In the domestic segment, IndiGo continues to dominate Jaipur operations with 687 weekly flights, followed by Air India Express with 185 and Air India with 136 weekly flights connecting major metros across India. With this new schedule, Jaipur Airport is poised to become one of the most connected and strategically significant aviation hubs in North India.
