iQoo Z9 Turbo May Launch Soon; Key Specifications Tipped

The iQoo Z9 Turbo is expected to hit stores soon. Launched in India on March 12, the iQoo Z9 is expected to come with 5G support. The Turbo model, as it is nicknamed, is likely to provide better performance compared to the existing vanilla model. The company is yet to confirm this high-end model. However, the tipster suggested some key specifications for the iQoo Z9 Turbo. Details like the chipset, display and battery are tied to the launch date.

Chat station Tipster Digital stated in a Weibo post that iQoo is working on the iQoo Z9 Turbo. The model is said to come with a 1.5K display with a resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels.

Additionally, the tipster revealed that the iQoo Z9 Turbo may have a model number of V2352A and is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, which will be announced on March 18.

In comparison, the base iQoo Z9 5G has a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC, a 6.67-inch 120Hz Full HD+ AMOLED display and a 5000mAh battery with 44W fast wired charging. It comes with 8GB of RAM, up to 256GB of internal storage and FuntouchOS 14 based on Android 14.

In terms of optics, the iQoo Z9 5G’s dual rear cameras include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor that supports optical image stabilization (OIS). The phone’s front camera sensor is 16 megapixels. The phone has IP54 protection against dust and water.

Available in Brushed Green and Graphene Blue colors, the iQoo Z9 5G is priced at Rs 19,999 in India for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 256GB configuration is priced at Rs 19,999. 21,999.
