Reflecting on this scene, Kapur argued that while the world’s attention is focused on major investments and valuations in Western countries, the real AI revolution will begin in the humble homes of India. He stated, “This revolution will not come from the ‘top’ (corporate world) but from the ‘bottom’ (common people). AI could become the most democratic technology ever.”
He explained that AI will take over technical tasks such as coding, design, research, and healthcare, leaving humans with their greatest strength: the ability to think and understand. Kapur emphasized, “Where there is struggle, new ideas are born. India’s true strength lies in its needs and hard work.”
Presenting a hopeful vision for the future, he described how AI will redefine relationships and careers. He wrote, “Future children will not just be job seekers but will become CEOs themselves. Retired fathers will be able to utilize their experiences through new technologies, and mothers will take their creativity to a global platform amidst household responsibilities.”
He concluded by stating, “India is not ready for AI because we have expensive systems, but because we have a large population, creative thinking, and needs arising from struggle.”
